Heating time will vary depending on the method of heating chosen for your session (infrared or traditional). Infrared panels typically reach their optimal temperature (120F - 140F) in 10-20 minutes and can be used as the sauna heats up. Traditional stoves can require 45-60 minutes to reach max temperature of 190F, with temps of 165F achieved in ~30 minutes.

Minimal maintenance is required. We recommend periodically wiping down the interior with mild soap and water. You can also clean the sauna stones with warm water and a soft brush to ensure even heating. The need for cleaning is reduced by always placing a towel beneath you when using the sauna.
