Shipping Policy

We believe shipping should be simple. That’s why free shipping comes standard on all orders.

Shipping Times & Methods

We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping times and methods are dependent upon size and weight of the item as well as the policies of our manufacturers.

Small or lightweight items are shipped via standard carriers (UPS, Fedex, USPS etc.) and larger, heavy items are shipped via Less than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers with Curbside Delivery. 

Either way, it’s free.

Ground Shipping - FedEx, UPS, USPS

Smaller, lighter items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and will be delivered to your door or driveway. These items typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days from the date the item is shipped.

Freight Shipping with Curbside Delivery

Larger, heavier items shipped via freight carriers typically take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive after submitting your order.

Freight deliveries are made via an appointment with a freight company, who will contact you once the order reaches your local freight terminal.

The shipment is delivered to the end of your driveway or property and is not brought inside your house or garage. Please note that customers are responsible for assembly and packaging removal.

Be sure to provide a phone number upon checkout and be present to sign for the delivery as well as to inspect the shipment.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the lower 48 states and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico may be possible to a customer-arranged freight forwarder’s location in the contiguous states.

Uncommon Delivery Challenges

Damaged Items

Though unlikely, items may become damaged during transit. We understand how frustrating that can be, but we’re always here to help!

Please inspect all packages and items upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

In the event you notice damage, you should:

  • Take pictures and videos of the damaged packaging and/or items.

  • For freight deliveries: Make note of all damage on the delivery receipt prior to the freight company leaving the delivery location and signing the receipt (also known as the bill of lading).

  • For standard shipping: Report damage to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) within 7 days of delivery.

  •  Send all photos and/or videos of damage to our customer support team promptly.


We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and/or manufacturer.

Once the item has been confirmed damaged in transit, we will always send a new item or replacement parts to you at no additional cost. 

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If delivery is refused due to extensive damage upon arrival, you must document this damage with pictures and/or videos showing the carrier's attempted delivery.

Refused and undeliverable shipments for reasons other than extensive damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee dependent upon circumstances.

Refused deliveries are subject to delays in refunds as the item can take 2-3 weeks longer to arrive at a warehouse for inspection.

Storage Fees

Should you not be able to receive a freight shipment at an agreed upon appointment, the freight company may return your items and/or charge storage fees.

If the freight company holds the item and charges fees for storage or additional shipping, the customer agrees to pay these fees.

Note that most freight companies allow storage up to 3-5 business days before charging fees.

Order Processing

Confirmation

We send a confirmation email and pre-authorize your purchase immediately upon receiving your order.

Once your item is confirmed in stock and ready to ship within 5-business days, we fully process the charge and continue with shipment.

Should an item not be immediately available, we'll reach out to you with an estimated lead time. If the lead time is not to your satisfaction, we can cancel your order upon request.

Please note that we will always confirm lead time before fully processing charges for built-to-order, custom-made items.

Packaging & Processing

Please allow up to 5-business days from the date of your order for the item to be packed and shipped. This can vary depending upon the size and weight of the item as well as the policies of the manufacturer.

Tracking

We send tracking information to the e-mail address provided within 24-hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If 6-business days have passed since your order date and you have not received tracking information, then please reach out to our customer support team.
