Installing a sauna in the wrong usage environment and/or without proper protection may void a manufacturer's warranty.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you (150–195°F) and can be used dry or wet by adding steam over hot stones. Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly, penetrating deeper into muscles and operating at lower temperatures (120-140°F), making them more comfortable for longer sessions. Yes! This sauna is designed for both dry and wet use, so feel free to pour water on the heated stones for a steam boost. We recommend adding water in small quantities (~80ml) using a sauna ladle and to avoid soaking your heater.
